ISWA Beacon Conference: www.iswa.org
Waste Minimisation and Recycling

From 27 to 29 May 2015, leading international experts from the waste and resource management sector will be gathering in the beautiful city of Vienna, Austria, for the ISWA Beacon Conference on Waste Minimisation and Recycling.

Waste minimisation and recycling are the key components of modern waste management. In many parts of the world the focus is already shifting from waste management to resource management. This development is drastically changing not only the waste sector, but also the way we produce and consume. This conference, subtitled “Resources and Responsibilities” will address and deal with these topics.

The focus of this 5th edition of the ISWA Beacon Conference on Waste Minimisation and Recycling will be on Planning of Waste Minimisation and Waste Prevention, Resource Management, Hands on Recycling Issues and Extended Producer Responsibility. These topics will be discussed by a top-class panel of speakers.

A high class social event hosted by the city of Vienna and exclusive site visits will round up the event programme.

I am looking forward to meeting you in Vienna in spring 2015!
